9:00 – 10:30                        Workshop Session #1

10:30 – 10:45                        Transition to Workshop #2

10:45 – 12:00                        Workshop Session #2

12:00 – 12:05                        Group Photo in front of fireplace. Please be there and on time!

12:00 – 1:00                        Lunch (Affinity groups, if any are offered during Saturday lunch)

1:00 – 3:30                        Free time, afternoon hike

3:30 – 5:00                        Workshop Session #3

5:30 -6:30                        Dinner

6:30 – 8:00                        Free time, prepare for talent show, Dead Poets Society

8:00 – 9:30                        Talent/No Talent Show

9:30 – ???                        Snacks and social time in dining hall, star gazing walk (possible)

10:00 – 12:00                        Drumming circle in Stuckey Room

Sunday
7:30 – 8:00                        Non-denominational worship service (dependent on offer of leadership)

8:00 – 8:30                        Breakfast

8:45 – 10:00                        Workshop session #4

10:15 – 12:00                        Closing Circle in Stuckey Room

12:00 – 1:00                        Lunch

1:00 – 1:30                        Goodbyes, pack and clean up of facilities. Please help clean up! Exit the gathering.
